This allows time to properly clean your apartment for our next guests.

During the Winter Holiday season, December 15-January 8, we can only accept reservations for a minimum of 5 nights.

Breakages, Damages and Theft

Normal wear and tear is expected, however, deliberate or negligent damage will result in replacement costs levied against you. You are responsible for damage or theft when the bike is in your possession. Please take care of our stuff as you would your own.

Our room prices are based upon our published sleeping capacities. Additional occupants will require an additional $10 BZ, $5 US per person, per night.

All of our cabanas have a strict no smoking policy. We happily provide ashtrays for you to smoke outside on the verandas. Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate eviction.
