RESERVATION AND MINIMUM STAY POLICIES
Typically the cabanas are available with a few days notice, however in the high season (Nov-Feb) reservations are highly recommended.

MINIMUM STAY
During the Winter Holiday season, December 15-January 8, we can only accept reservations for a minimum of 5 nights. During the High season, November 1-March 31, we can only accept reservations on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights) for a minimum of 2 nights.

DEPOSITS
Over busy holidays we require 50% of the total room rate (before taxes). The busy holidays are: Winter Holiday season, December 15-January 8; Garifuna Settlement Day, November 14th through 22nd and Easter weekend, Good Friday through Easter Monday.

Throughout the rest of the year we require a deposit of the first night's room rate (before taxes). We will ask for credit card information at the time a reservation is confirmed. We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discovery.

CANCELLATION
The deposit is refundable, less a 10% cancellation fee, up to fourteen days prior to check-in and non-refundable after that date.
