This allows time to properly clean your apartment for our next guests.

Breakages, Damages and Theft

Overnight theft of our bikes has been an issue in the past and we will likely ask you for a deposit up front. Normal wear and tear is expected, however, deliberate or negligent damage will result in replacement costs levied against you. Please take care of our stuff as you would your own.

Our room prices are based upon our published sleeping capacities. Additional occupants will require an additional $10 BZ, $5 US per person, per night.

All of our cabanas have a strict no smoking policy. We happily provide ashtrays for you to smoke outside on the verandas. Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate eviction.
